This policy explains what information ListoApp collects through this website and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. It's written for our clients in the United States; our Spanish-language site serves clients in Latin America under a separate policy that reflects that region's data-protection law.

Contact details you give us directly: name, phone number, email address, and business name.
The content of conversations you start with us by email or another published contact channel.
Anonymous or aggregated website analytics (pages viewed, traffic source, device type), used to understand how the site is used.

3. How we use it

To respond to requests for information, quotes, and to schedule the free diagnostic call.
To deliver and support the services you've contracted for.
To send you communications related to an active project or inquiry. We don't send unsolicited bulk marketing.
To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

4. We do not sell your information

ListoApp does not sell or lease your personal information to third parties, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy and give you a clear way to opt out first — under Nevada law (NRS Chapter 603A), you always have the right to opt out of any sale of your covered information. 5. Your rights and choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to [email protected] with your request — we aim to respond within a few business days, and no later than 60 days as a matter of practice.

If you're a California resident, you may have additional rights under California law regarding your personal information; the same contact channel applies for any request.

6. Business client data and artificial intelligence

The information and business knowledge a client shares with us to build their AI assistant or custom system remains that client's property. It is never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used to train third-party models. Knowledge bases and databases run on infrastructure agreed with the client, and at the end of the contract they're handed over or deleted per the client's instructions.

7. Service providers

To deliver our service we may use infrastructure, messaging, and language-model providers. We require contract terms with these providers that protect confidentiality and limit their use of your information to providing the service to us.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or misuse.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the last revision; continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current version.
