Custom apps and systems
Custom ERP and CRM systems, WhatsApp AI assistants, sites where you truly own the domain and the SEO. Built around how your business already works — not the other way around.
Notice
Fewer people search Google every day: they ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Claude directly. Those AIs are already visiting your site right now, and most sites have no idea. We tested it on our own: we went from 20 to 47/100 on Agent-Readiness, the standard that measures whether an AI can read and cite you well — using the same tool Cloudflare uses. What's certain today: your site reads and gets cited better. Does that already mean more sales? Still too early to promise that, but the signs are there: on another one of our projects, two clients came to us because ChatGPT sent them our way directly.
Live in production today, in our own business
We build custom software and artificial intelligence. And when what's missing isn't an app but method, we work alongside you as consultants so AI actually works — not just so you can try it out.

What it looks like in practice
What we do
Custom ERP and CRM systems, WhatsApp AI assistants, sites where you truly own the domain and the SEO. Built around how your business already works — not the other way around.
Not every business needs an app on day one. Sometimes what's missing is a diagnosis, structure, and a clear method to use AI well — that's a service too, and we offer it on its own.
We document your business's knowledge so every conversation with the AI picks up where the last one left off, instead of starting from zero each time.
Coming soon: digital ads, social media management, and email automation for businesses that already have the basics in place. If that's you, tell us and we'll figure it out together.
Where we fit
If you're a corporation with a seven-figure budget, hire a global firm. If you already know exactly what to build, a freelancer will do. We're for the small or mid-sized business that wants a real, working case in a few weeks — with judgment and hands-on support.
| Big firm | Freelancer | ListoApp | |
|---|---|---|---|
| First result | Months of discovery | Fast, if you know what to ask for | Weeks, with a tight scope |
| Who you work with | A team that rotates | One person, no backup | The same people, start to finish |
| If you don't know what you need | They sell you the big project | They build whatever you ask for | We tell you before we charge you |
| Who owns the system | Their platform, their license | Depends on the deal | Yours: domain, data, and code |
| Proven first on | Other clients' cases | Their portfolio | Our own business |
Pricing
Final price depends on scope, but these are the ranges we work with. We tell you upfront, from the first conversation. (Estimated USD pricing — ask us to confirm an exact quote for your project.)
A business diagnostic, an AI adoption plan with owners and timelines, and hands-on support through adoption.
Trained on your business's own knowledge, live in 3 to 6 weeks, with monthly maintenance billed separately.
A first useful version in 6 to 10 weeks, delivered in stages and growing along with your operation.
The initial 45-minute diagnostic is free, with no obligation.
Start here with three questions: we'll tell you clearly what makes sense to do first, and get a message ready for you to book the full 45-minute diagnostic, free of charge.
Where we work
We work with businesses in Reno, Sparks, and Fernley, Nevada, and take on remote projects across the rest of the US. Meetings are by video, with day-to-day follow-up by phone or email.
Your data
We only collect the customer data your assistant or system actually needs to do its job — nothing more.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time — just ask.
Your business's information is never used to train third-party AI models: the knowledge base is yours, and it lives on your own infrastructure.
We build with responsible-AI principles in mind: transparency, fairness, and no discrimination.
